March turned out to be a very mild and dry month which has allowed almost all of the snow on site to melt and the mud to dry up. There is still progress being made on site with most of the dry utilities now installed. The next step is to grade roads, install AB and curb & gutter. These items are on hold until funding is in place. The developer is still trying to acquire enough funding to complete these phase I improvements. In the meantime the developer has hired a new managing partner to oversee project completion and we are hopeful this new gentleman by the name of Rick Elsey is able to see it through. Our home construction is based entirely on the developer’s ability to complete the project and we are in continuous contact as to their progress. Once funding is in place and we are given a schedule we will be able to better determine when and in what order to proceed with our home construction.
